We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. We do not charge any restocking fees on returned product(s). Just make sure you set up your return within 30 days of receiving your products, send the product(s) back un-assembled and un-installed in original packaging, and we will promptly issue full refund (less shipping expenses).
To setup your return, please make sure of the following:
- All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition
- Returned product(s) must be free of scratches and/or defects
- Returned product(s) cannot have been assembled, partially assembled or installed
- Returned product(s) must be packaged with original packaging
- There can't be any writing or labels on the packaging of the product
- Clearance Items, Light Bulbs, Parts, Accessories and separately purchased Crystal prisms are not eligible for return
- Custom orders - such as chandeliers rewired for specific length, custom made fixtures, custom rewired fixtures for LED, custom rewired fixtures for higher watage output, etc. are not eligible for return.
- Large quantity orders - Orders containing 5 or more of the same item are not eligible for return. If you are purchasing for a project requiring 5 or more of the same item, place initial order for 1 piece first, to ensure it fits your project's needs.

Brizzo Lighting will not be held responsible for any labour costs or fees which occur as result of installation of wrong or defective parts.
Follow these simple directions to make your return:
- Contact us at 1-877-227-4996 to setup your return and receive an RMA number and return address
- Returned product(s) must be packaged in original packaging and include all manuals, hardware and accessories
- Ship your merchandise to the return address within 5 business days of receiving the RMA number
- RMA number must be included on shipping label to ensure you receive your refund
- It is recommended to return product(s) in an outer protective box to ensure protection of original packaging materials
- We recommend returning product(s) via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery
- All returns must be received at our warehouse within 2 weeks of RMA issuance date
- Items received past this date will not be eligible for refund
- Items shipped without a valid RMA number on shipping label will not be eligible for refund
- Items received in non resalable condition will not be eligible for refund
- Notification will be sent by email should your return not be accepted.
- Items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we have not received your payment of freight charges within 30 days
- We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the return item(s)
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your product(s) at our warehouse
- Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post on your statement

Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Many lighting fixtures are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify us no later than 5 business days upon receiving the item, allowing proper time to file a claim through the carrier. A claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the damaged fixture(s), which we will replace at no cost. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped to you at no cost.
Brizzo Lighting will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Brizzo Lighting either directly or on our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
